  • The item is returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, including all packaging, if applicable.

2. Returns on 3rd Party Marketplace Purchases

If you made your purchase through a third-party marketplace (such as Amazon, eBay, or Walmart), the return must be processed through that marketplace. Everganics is required to comply with each marketplace's return policies and procedures, which may differ from our own.

3. Return Shipping Costs

For returns on Shopeverganics.com orders, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds and Processing Times
